Trump on Super Bowl Halftime Show: ‘One of the Worst Ever’

President Donald Trump on Sunday gave his review of Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny’s Spanish language-only Super Bowl halftime show, and as usual, he did not mince words. “The Super Bowl halftime show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, ever,” he wrote in a Truth Social post. “It makes no sense, is an affront to the greatness of America, and doesn’t represent our standards of success, creativity, or excellence. Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for young children that are watching from throughout the USA and all over the world. This ‘Show’ is just a ‘slap in the face’ to our country, which is setting new standards and records every single day – including the best stock market and 401(k)s in history…. And, by the way, the NFL should immediately replace its ridiculous new kickoff rule.”

Hakeem Jeffries: Democrats Won’t Step Away From ICE Demands

China Regime Critic Jimmy Lai Sentenced to 20 Years in Prison in Hong Kong

Elon Musk: Mars on Backburner as SpaceX Shoots to Colonize the Moon

Elon Musk, owner of SpaceX, on Sunday explained why his company is stepping back from plans to colonize Mars for the moment and is focusing instead on a much more attainable goal, building a city on the moon. “For those unaware, SpaceX has already shifted focus to building a self-growing city on the Moon, as we can potentially achieve that in less than 10 years, whereas Mars would take 20+ years,” Musk wrote in an X post. “The mission of SpaceX remains the same: extend consciousness and life as we know it to the stars. It is only possible to travel to Mars when the planets align every 26 months (six month trip time), whereas we can launch to the Moon every 10 days (2 day trip time). This means we can iterate much faster to complete a Moon city than a Mars city. That said, SpaceX will also strive to build a Mars city and begin doing so in about 5 to 7 years, but the overriding priority is securing the future of civilization and the Moon is faster.”

Federal Judge Blocks California ICE Anti-Mask Law

US District Judge Christina Snyder, a Bill Clinton appointee based out of Los Angeles, on Monday blocked California from enforcing a law forcing US Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents to remove their masks during operations. The Court finds that federal officers can perform their federal functions without wearing masks,” Snyder stated. “However, because the No Secret Police Act, as presently enacted, does not apply equally to all law enforcement officers in the state, it unlawfully discriminates against federal officers.”
