The next election is coming up in November. The two people running for president, Donald Trump and Joe Biden, are hard at work campaigning.
Donald Trump is hoping to get elected for a second term as president – but can he? Recent surveys and polls show he isn’t doing so well. Surveys in Florida, Michigan, Wisconsin, showed Joe Biden has the lead, while in Ohio the two men were even.
To try and do better, Trump’s campaign hired a new manager, Bill Stepien.

Up until this spring, Trump’s re-election message was about the economy and his stance against China. The COVID-19 pandemic changed that. Since then, the political debate has changed to new topics such as law and order.
Since the death of George Floyd, mass protests and riots have swept America. Trump has spoken against the violence seen around the country, saying he wants to promote law and order on the streets.
On the other hand, his opponent Joe Biden has shown support for the protests. These two different stances will be debated a lot until the election – which one will voters choose?
